Get More Done by Holding Yourself Accountable

If you’re brain is anything like mine, it cannot be trusted. I constantly need to refer back to routines, processes and lists to keep myself accountable for getting things done. This daily spreadsheet provides a simple and effective way to stay productive each day.

My goal was to create a document that:

  1. Helps you separate important actions from daily clutter
  2. Keeps you focused on priorities
  3. Enables you to track your progress over time
  4. Takes less than 2 minutes each day to update

I originally used this concept on my big white board, but it was only natural to create a digital version to store my progress over time. It is my hope that it can help some other people streamline their productivity as well.
